Why did you choose Lytix? 

The work atmosphere at Lytix, together with a moderate-size team and a mindset that aligns closely with my own ideas and values, didn’t make me hesitate to join Lytix! More specific, the work itself, which involves a blend of data engineering and reporting, appealed strongly to me. I’ve always been fascinated by the art of visualizing data in a proper and elegant matter.

What did you do before Lytix? 

Prior to joining Lytix, my academic journey took place in Leuven. Initially, I started with a degree in Engineering Technology at GroupT with a specialization in electronics and ICT. Through my thesis I got the chance to delve into the field of Artificial Intelligence. This experience triggered my interest, leading to pursue an additional master’s degree of Artificial Intelligence. Although this last year was quite theoretical, the insights and skills I acquired are invaluable.

What’s your favorite thing to do in a weekend?

I used to dedicate a significant portion of my weekends to volunteering at the local youth house. However, as my involvement there has reduced over time, I now enjoy weekends by catching up with friends. Weekends also provide the opportunity to attend concerts at venues like Ancienne Belgique or Trix. Naturally, I also enjoy the simple thinks like cooking and relaxing at home.
