Keytrade Bank is a Belgian online bank, part of the Arkea group. Keytrade is a pioneer in online banking in Belgium that started with a focus on online trading on world markets, but now offers a wide range of financial products and services tailored for individuals who prefer to manage their finances independently.
The challenge
In search of enabling their business users with data capabilities, Keytrade was rolling out self-service BI with a tool called Tableau.
During this roll-out, Keytrade realized that from both a cost-perspective (licenses) & from a user adoption stand-point, Tableau was not covering their needs.
Therefore they started a migration programme towards Microsoft Power BI, in which they required assistance
