Running SAP S/4HANA on-premise since 2022 with a focused Finance and Real Estate scope and minimal custom developments, Lafayette partnered with Cubis to migrate to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud under the GROW with SAP program.

The challenge

Lafayette had been running SAP S/4HANA on-premise since 2022 with a focused Finance and limited custom development. As infrastructure maintenance costs grew, Lafayette and Cubis jointly assessed whether migration to Public Cloud was the right move. The key challenge: validate objectively – financially and functionally – that GROW with SAP would reduce TCO without sacrificing coverage, while ensuring full business continuity and data integrity throughout the transition.
